After eight seasons, Fox has canceled 24.
The drama will air its final real-time episode in May thanks to an increasing budget and decreasing ratings.
But, for diehard fans, there is still hope. Studio 20th TV is developing a theatrical film that takes Bauer to Europe.
“There are other possible iterations of Jack Bauer and his world,” Executive Producer Howard Gordon said.
